Wandr is a brand of JetRider Co., Ltd. (“Wandr”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We operate wandrcycles.com (the “Site”), an informational website about our brand and products. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The Site does not sell products, take orders or process payments. We do not collect payment details, account credentials or order history through the Site. Purchases of Wandr products are handled by authorised distributors and retailers in your region, whose own privacy policies apply to any transaction with them.

Information we collect

• Email address. Collected only when you voluntarily submit it through our “notify me” / newsletter form.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically record basic technical data when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you view — for the purposes of operating, securing and improving the Site.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site in aggregate (for example, which pages are viewed and which countries visitors come from). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies; the data we receive is aggregated and does not directly identify you. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Communications. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share with us.

How we use your information

• To send you the launch announcement for your region and occasional updates about Wandr products, where you have signed up to receive them.
• To respond to your enquiries.
• To operate, secure and improve the Site.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our mailing list — such as our website hosting provider and our email / form service provider — and only as needed for them to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Data retention

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our active mailing list without undue delay. Technical logs are retained by our providers for limited periods in line with their standard practices.
